Every accepted item is checked. Factory-sealed, unexpired products may become resale inventory. Opened or used items are never resold and are accepted only when a suitable reuse or disposal path has been confirmed.

Our goal is to price eligible sealed supplies below current retail. Local pickup comes first; shipping will be offered only for eligible products after the sales operation launches.

Extraz invites hospice and home-care agencies, funeral and cremation providers, and senior living communities to share the pickup-review option with families when appropriate.
A brochure at the arrangement conference lets families know leftover supplies can be picked up free, whenever they're ready — no pressure, no timeline.
Care teams can pass along our pickup line to families as part of end-of-service checklists, in line with agency policy on family communications.
Communities can post Extraz in resident and family resource areas and invite families to request a pickup review.

There's no cost to request a review. Routine pickups begin within about 40 road miles of Glenview and inside Illinois. Distant, interstate, and bulky-equipment requests are reviewed for a practical pickup, courier, partner, or referral option before anything is promised.
This isn't a marketing angle — it's the boundary that makes Extraz possible to run safely, legally, and with respect for the families we work with.
Only factory-sealed, unexpired products enter our resale inventory. If a seal is broken or a product shows any sign of use, it doesn't go on the shelf — no exceptions.
Opened or used items are never shipped or sold. We accept them only after confirming an appropriate reuse or disposal route; otherwise we provide a referral and leave the item with the owner.
Mail orders include calculated shipping (USPS/UPS/FedEx) at checkout. Local pickup orders include applicable state and local sales tax. Nothing is shipped that carriers restrict.
Our facility partners share Extraz as an optional resource, on their own terms and timeline — never as a solicitation tied to a specific loss.
Do not assume opened or used supplies will be collected. We review them individually and may provide a reuse or disposal referral. They are never resold or shipped.
